This second-year report showcases standout packaging and processing equipment and materials spotted by PMMI Media Group editors at PACK EXPO Las Vegas, held September 29–October 1, 2025.

"Superfilment" Driven by Siemens
Cases erected by an AFA gantry robot are carried by AMR unit to a robotic loading area that is fed totes of mixed cartons by a second AMR unit.

Vertical Loading
EVO is now available with a cassette end-of-arm-tooling option that can load product vertically into erected corrugated cases.
I first saw EVO last year in Chicago, and was impressed by the speeds it could achieve in a small footprint with high belt speeds. But it's getting even faster, now running 70 products/min per cell, up from 60/min last year.
